Are you ready for The Big Show? January 25th, 2009 Your Booth Location for favor-its 181 View Floor Plan Just a final reminder to make sure you have placed your order for electrical and parking. Event Services at the Roundup Centre advised us that their fax number has changed - so my apologies if this has caused any concern. The new fax number is 403-261-0144 and they have extended the deadline for the orders to Tuesday, January 13th. Exhibitor tags will be available for pick up during move-in. If you have staff that will not be at set-up on Saturday to receive their badges simply ask them to present a business card or business name tag to security on Sunday and they will have no problem entering the trade show floor on Sunday. Staff coming to work shifts on Sunday after the show is open can pick up tags at the show office opposite Hall B. The best booth awards will be judged on Sunday morning prior to the opening of the show. Judges are independent persons not involved in The Wedding Fair organization. Ribbons will be awarded in each category as soon as judging is complete. Each bride in attendance will be given a complimentary copy of Calgary Bride Magazine - a $12.95 value. We still have a few openings for Pre-Fashion show Video Presentations. The cost is $250.00 per 60 second commercial with a minimum of 3 minutes.
